About EFPC

Victoria is currently a Social Worker dealing with the mental health care of older people. Her tasks include – providing care coordination and care management; Caseload Management, Liaising with other professionals and family; Therapeutic input (predominantly through counselling services); Using and analysing costs and productivity through databases (SWIFT, MARACIS) and Assessments for equipment through the integrated equipment stores and Tele-care products.

Victoria, who is a member of the British Association of Social Workers and a Registered Social Worker in England (General Social Care Council), has an honours degree in Philosophy and Politics with a post-graduate diploma in Social Work and Masters degree in Social Work  (Dissertation – Use of technologies in the development of care for Older People).

During her career in Social work, Victoria has worked extensively in the care of adults with severe disabilities both physical and psychological.
